Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within the stated processing timeframe listed at checkout. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays. Please allow additional processing time during sales, holidays, and high-volume periods.

Shipping Policy

Once an order has been shipped, Raw Weft Talk is no longer responsible for the package. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been dispatched.

Raw Weft Talk is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
  • Packages marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at checkout.
  • Shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier issues, holidays, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim. Raw Weft Talk is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are solely responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if necessary.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Raw Weft Talk is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the nature of hair extension products and for hygiene and quality control purposes, all sales are final.

Raw Weft Talk does not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refund requests
  • Order cancellations after an order has been placed

Product Disclaimer

Raw Weft Talk is committed to providing high-quality raw hair extensions. Because all hair is a natural product, variations in color, texture, wave pattern, density, and length may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or replacements.

Fraud Prevention

Raw Weft Talk reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, chargeback abuse, or suspicious purchasing behavior.

Orders flagged by our payment processor may require additional identity verification before shipment. Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation and refund at our discretion.

Any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes filed after a product has been delivered may be contested with supporting evidence, including shipping records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and payment verification.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Raw Weft Talk, the customer agrees that Raw Weft Talk's liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. Raw Weft Talk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Raw Weft Talk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies, including our shipping, processing, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and fraud prevention policies.
