Terms & Conditions

All orders are processed within the timeframe stated at checkout. Standard processing times are:

• Wefts: 3–5 business days
• Handmade units: 10–12 business days

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays. Processing times may be extended during sales events, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Once an order has been shipped, Raw Weft Talk is no longer responsible for the package.

Customers will receive tracking information via email once the order has shipped.

Raw Weft Talk is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages after shipment
• Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
• Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier issues, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring proper receipt of their package.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

Due to the nature of hair extension products and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

Raw Weft Talk does not accept:

• Returns
• Exchanges
• Refunds
• Order cancellations once an order has been placed

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

All hair extensions are made from raw, natural hair. Variations in color, texture, wave pattern, density, and length are normal and not considered defects. These natural variations do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or replacements.

Raw Weft Talk has zero tolerance for fraud, unauthorized transactions, or chargeback abuse.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse, cancel, or hold any order suspected of fraud or suspicious activity
• Request identity verification before processing or shipping orders
• Cancel orders if verification is not provided

Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may be contested with evidence including tracking records, delivery confirmation, and customer communications.

Raw Weft Talk’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product(s) ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

By placing an order with Raw Weft Talk, you confirm that you agree to all policies stated above, including shipping, processing, product conditions, refund restrictions, and fraud prevention terms.
